Information You Share With Us
When you view our website we ask that you sign up to our newsletter. This involves giving us your name and email address. 

If you log into our WiFi at the venue we record your name, email address and the IP address of your device. We do not record any other information via the website nor do we use or place cookies on your device. 

If you purchase event tickets from us directly using debit or credit cards at the venue then this information is handed off directly to Paymentsense for card payment processing. We do not record any card details that you share with us. Card receipts can be collected from the bar if requested else they will be destroyed.

If you purchase event tickets via See Tickets they act as our agent and your agreement on data protection will be with them.

If you give us your bank details via a money transfer to pay for an event then this information will be held by Santander Banking, we do not store your bank details ourselves. 

Information We Share or Disclose
We use Mailchimp to bulk email to our customer base. To ensure your data is secure and only used for the purpose intended we only use companies that are approved to EU / UK data protection standards. Your data will not be used or shared for any other purpose without first seeking your permission except where we are required to do so by law enforcement agencies. 

Managing Your Personal Information With Us
If you want to have your data updated or deleted or wish to stop receiving emails from us you will need to put your request in writing or via email to us at: Alexanders, 2 Rufus Court, Chester, CH1 2JW, contact@alexanderslive.com, where your request will be dealt with promptly. There is also an unsubscribe link included on all our marketing emails sent out from our mailing list.
